Your main role : To organize project activity so that:

• the team should have clear tasks and priorities;

• the client benefits from transparent communication and the expected results;

• the company to have controllable deadlines, managed costs and profitable projects.

  What does the Project Manager do?

  • Manage projects and tasks in the project management system

  • Monitors the status of tasks and compliance with deadlines daily

  • Helps the team set priorities and, if necessary, reschedule work

  • Communicate with clients: correspondence, calls, meetings (RO / RU)

  • Collect customer requests and changes and turn them into clear tasks for the team

  • Document the agreements: workload, deadlines and limitations

  • Organizes meetings and coordinates collaboration with related departments

  • Monitors project budgets and helps maintain their profitability

  • Identify risks early and contribute to finding solutions

Skills and abilities

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication (Romanian and Russian languages)

• Planning and self-organization skills: the ability to turn chaos into a clear "what/who/when" plan

• Communication skills, stress resistance and developed emotional intelligence

• Critical thinking and the ability to make well-founded decisions

• Ability to work with priorities, deadlines and commitments

• Team coordination skills and liaison role between the parties involved

• Ability to negotiate and constructively manage conflict situations

• Understanding the project management approach and the logic of IT projects

• Experience in using project management systems (e.g. Microsoft Project, Google Sheets)

• Knowledge and application of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Practical experience in using ChatGPT for analysis, task structuring and materials preparation

• Basic knowledge in management, risk management and project finance
