Preparation and submission of customs declarations;

Collaboration with customs authorities and representation of the company's interests before them;

Using commodity codes and complying with customs legislation;

Accurate and timely calculation of customs duties;

Conducting customs operations and collaborating with the import-export department;

Preparing the accompanying documents for goods in accordance with current legislation;

Creation and completion of reports.

Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English languages;

Completed higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Economic Law, Legal studies, etc.);

At least 1 year of experience in the field of customs brokerage (experience related to the preparation of goods permits, import and export regimes);

Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory;

Experience using product nomenclature, customs tariffs, and other regulations related to customs legislation;

Advanced user-level computer operating skills;

At least minimal knowledge in one of the programs such as Informbusiness/Valah, Asycuda World, optionally NCTS5);

Good team working abilities;

Responsible attitude;

Timely task completion.
