Responsibilities
- Searching for and attracting new clients, as well as working with an existing pool of warm leads;
- Engaging in negotiations and closing contracts with clients; calculating transportation costs and providing clients with rate quotes;
- Overseeing the execution of transportations;
- Managing documentation flow and interacting with all company departments;
- Ensuring repeat sales;
- Conducting regular monitoring and analysis of the international freight and foreign economic activity (FEA) market.
Requirements
- Higher education (transport technologies, foreign economic activity, logistics preferred);
- Experience in international logistics for at least 1 year is a plus, but experience in B2B client management is desirable;
- Proficiency in English (will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of Incoterms;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented for optimal results;
- Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with clients;
- Self-organized and able to work with minimal managerial supervision.
