Work experience as a dispatcher in the Car Hauling (auto transport) industry in the USA for at least 1 year (mandatory).

Understanding of the specifics of working with auto transports, terminals, and routes.

Experience working with Load Boards (Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, Ready Logistics, RPM, CarsArrive).

Negotiation skills with brokers, dealers, and drivers.

The ability to assess and establish rates, negotiate favorable terms.

Fluent English (spoken and written) for communication with brokers and clients.

The ability to quickly resolve issues en route (delays, loads, cancellations of trips).

Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, GPS-tracking.

Organized, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented.
