Coordinate and supervise projects in various fields (security, green energy, robotics, automation) from initiation to completion. Manage human and material resources allocated to projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and deadlines. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, reporting progress and identifying risks. Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards. Develop and implement strategies to optimize project processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar role. Solid knowledge in project planning, budgeting and monitoring. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. Romanian and Russian (working level).
