Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities in the areas of security, green energy, robotics and automation. Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements with potential partners, ensuring alignment with Q-Group objectives. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners, monitoring the performance of agreements. Analyze the market and competition to identify new directions for growth and expansion. Coordinate with internal departments to implement partnership strategies and track results.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or B2B sales. Solid knowledge in contract negotiation and commercial relations. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Romanian and Russian. Strategic analysis and planning skills. Driving license and availability for travel in the Balti region and beyond.
