Ensuring the proper functioning of all household systems;
Organizing and carrying out maintenance and repair work;
Monitoring the technical condition of equipment;
Management of necessary materials and tools;
Ensuring the proper functioning of the boiler room;
Maintenance and monitoring of sanitary and technical installations;
Supervision of the building's engineering networks;
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Experience in building management and maintenance
Technical knowledge in:
Boiler room operation and maintenance
Sanitary and thermal installations
Engineering networks (water, sewage, heating, electricity – maintenance level)
Responsibility, seriousness, attention to detail;
Ability to work independently;
Technical certificates/authorizations are an advantage;
Driving license.
