• Provides daily operational management of NCUM, including planning, task allocation, results tracking and completion of operational processes.

• Manages the implementation of the NCUM project portfolio through all stages of the project cycle, including project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and closure.

• Monitor compliance with grant agreements, approved project plans, budgets, deadlines, results, and donor requirements.

• Maintain a unified project management system that includes a deadline calendar, commitment matrix, implementation status tracking, assignment of responsibilities, risk monitoring, and management decision making.

• Coordinates the activities of employees, consultants, volunteers, contractors and partners involved in the implementation of NCUM projects.

• Ensuring the completeness and quality of project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, project completion documents, invoices, participant lists, minutes, reports and accompanying documents.

• Oversee the preparation of interim and final project reports, including the collection of programmatic, financial and supporting materials.

• In coordination with the finance/accounting specialist, monitor the compliance of expenses with approved budgets and project implementation plans.

• Identify operational, budgetary, documentation and reputational risks and promptly communicate them to management, proposing solutions.

• Providing operational support for events, procurement processes, services, contracts, meetings, trainings, consultations and other project activities.

• Recording decisions made, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring individual accountability for assigned work areas.

• Performs other related tasks in the field of operational management and project implementation as assigned by NCUM management.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing grant-funded, donor-funded or non-profit projects.

• Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English at a minimum level of B2 is required.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is not required.
