Coordinate the development and launch of new paint and varnish products from concept to market. Analyze market demand and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product strategy alignment. Monitor the performance of existing products and propose improvements based on customer feedback. Manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on company objectives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or similar strategy and planning roles. Solid knowledge of market analysis, consumer behavior and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, in Romanian and Russian. Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities between different departments. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
