Call Center Manager - (€600 + % of sales)
We are looking for someone who takes control of leads and turns them into presentations and transactions.
You will work directly with advertising leads (Facebook, Instagram, 999.md) and be responsible for the speed and quality of their processing.
• Immediate retrieval of leads from CRM
• Contacting customers in max. 10–15 minutes
• Quick qualification (real need, budget, property type)
• Correct distribution to agents (ONLY qualified leads)
• Setting up presentations for the sales team
• Reactivating old/lost leads
• Control over leads after distribution (follow-up, feedback)
• Correct completion of CRM (notes, tasks, status)
• Daily and weekly report on results
• Experience in call center sales (ideally real estate)
• Fluent communication RO + RU
• Ability to work quickly and organized
• Discipline in CRM (required)
• Proactive attitude (don't wait, act)
