Connect Imobil is looking for a very attentive, disciplined and result-oriented person, who will control each lead and each stage of the sales process.
The role is NOT just about verification – but about total control over leads so that no customer is lost.
Daily monitoring of all leads in CRM (no lead without task / without feedback)
Checking response time and lead processing method
Identifying lost leads and bringing them back into action (reactivation / redistribution)
Listening to calls and analyzing communication quality
Daily feedback to Sales Director and agents
Strict control of compliance with CRM rules (mandatory discipline)
Redistribution of uncollected or poorly processed leads
Daily and weekly reporting on results and issues
Experience in sales or call center (very important)
Experience in CRM – amoCRM is a great advantage
Extreme attention to detail
Analytical thinking (sees where money is being lost)
Firm character – can impose rules on the team
High accountability (treat each lead as real money)
Clear and direct communication (RO + RU)
