Identifying and establishing relationships with agricultural producers, ensuring efficient and long-term collaborations;

Active participation in the development and implementation of the sales plan to achieve company objectives;

Conducting regular visits to agricultural producers to assess their needs and promote the company's products;

Providing technical support and specialized consultancy in the agricultural field, adapted to customer requirements.

Higher education in the field of Agriculture;

Relevant experience in agriculture or sales in this segment (mandatory experience);

Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

Valid driving license (mandatory),

Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;

Organization, the ability to effectively manage time and resources;

Dynamic, energetic and very responsible person, able to work at a fast pace.
