Responsibilities
What you will need to do:
Active sales: Searching for and attracting agricultural producers (from farms to large agricultural holdings).
Field Demonstrations: Organizing and conducting "show flights"—demonstrating equipment in action right in the client's fields.
Consulting: Educate clients about the benefits of drones (water savings, plant protection products, no trampling) and help them choose a model.
Transaction support: From the first meeting to delivery control and assistance in preparing documents for subsidies (ADMA).
Relationship Development: Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
We expect from you:
Sales experience (B2B): From 2 years.
Experience in agricultural machinery, seeds or fertilizers will be a huge advantage.
Having a contact base: If you are known and welcomed in Moldovan agricultural enterprises, this is your “golden ticket.”
Languages: Fluent in Romanian and Russian. Mobility:
Possession of a category "B" driver's license and readiness to travel around the country.
Interest in technology: You are a quick learner and are ready to learn how to operate professional drones.
