Coordination of operational activities in the Chisinau and South regions, through supervisors

Monitoring the performance of branches and teams, tracking KPIs and achieving commercial objectives

Identifying and resolving operational and commercial issues

Identifying market opportunities and developing customer relationships

Developing and implementing measures to increase efficiency and productivity

Visiting branches and verifying compliance with internal procedures

Motivating and supporting teams to improve results

Minimum 2 years of experience in team coordination

Experience in finance, retail, microfinance or similar fields

Leadership, analytical and results-oriented skills

Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages

Driving license category B

Solid knowledge of the local market and trends in the Chisinau and South region

Fixed salary + KPI, discussed during the interview
