Main Responsibilities:
- Confirming phone orders and entering them into courier platforms (e.g., Fan Courier)
- Professional communication with customers via Instagram, email, and phone
- Providing personalized consultancy for choosing the right Korean products based on skin needs
- Supervising the complete order processing (fulfillment) process, in collaboration with the warehouse team
- Coordinating the logistics team for the preparation and dispatch of parcels
- Daily monitoring of orders and ensuring quick and accurate deliveries
- Handling inquiries, returns, and complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Analyzing sales and identifying products with low turnover
- Proposing and organizing periodic promotional campaigns (monthly/weekly)
- Constantly checking inventories and suggesting optimizations for the product portfolio
- Collaborating with the content team to update product descriptions and images
- Actively participating in digital marketing initiatives (posts, discounts, collaborations)
- Regularly reporting on the status of orders, overall performance, and proposing improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience and knowledge of KBEAUTY products
- Knowledge of courier platforms and e-commerce processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization, autonomy, and heightened attention to detail
- Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory; English is an advantage
