Job description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and evaluating the store's activity;

  • Team organization and coordination;

  • Managing sales processes and complying with commercial standards;

  • Ensuring the appropriate image and appearance of the store;

  • Achieving sales goals and plans;

  • Reducing losses and complying with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position;

  • Experience in sales is an advantage;

  • Good PC operating skills: Excel, MS Office;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills;

  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills;

  • Organizational spirit and results orientation.
