Responsibilities
· Active search and attraction of new clients in Chisinau (To Go networks, HoReCa, wholesale outlets, local and national networks);
· Conducting personal meetings, product presentations and negotiations at the decision-making level (business owners, buyers, managers);
· Building long-term partnerships with clients;
· Implementation of plans for coffee distribution and expansion of the customer base;
Maintaining records of work performed.
Requirements
· Deep knowledge of the Chisinau market (segments: HoReCa, Wholesale, Network Retail);
· Experience in sales in the coffee industry ( a huge plus - having your own customer base ) OR successful experience in systemic sales of FMCG (food, cigarettes, alcohol);
· Skills of a systemic negotiator: the ability to argue, work with objections, and convey the value of a product;
· Having a personal car is desirable (but not required - we look first and foremost at your competencies);
High level of self-organization, focus on financial results.
