Responsibilities
Coordination of retail network development and optimization projects.
Developing and implementing brand development strategies.
Planning and managing product launches, promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and external suppliers to achieve commercial objectives.
Monitoring performance indicators and analyzing the results of implemented campaigns and projects.
Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Managing budgets related to marketing projects and activities.
Ensuring compliance with the visual identity and brand positioning at all customer touch points.
Development of the product assortment matrix.
Requirements
Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, retail, marketing or brand development.
Solid understanding of branding, marketing and retail principles.
Experience in coordinating promotional campaigns and cross-functional projects.
Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Analytical skills and results orientation.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
