Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating the assigned teams by monitoring individual objectives, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring deadlines are met;

  2. Resolving issues that arise, with the goal of improving outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction, in accordance with quality and productivity indicators;

  3. Working effectively with operational managers and stakeholders to overcome any challenges;

  4. Providing support, assistance, and performance evaluation for subordinate managers to aid in developing skills and achieving their full potential;

  5. Applying a long-term strategic vision in managing operational workflows and improving existing processes by generating and implementing innovative ideas and solutions;

  6. Preparing and validating recurring or ad-hoc reports, as needed;

  7. Actively participating in the recruiting and selection process for staff within the departments under management.

Obligations

To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:

  1. A completed higher education degree;

  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in coordinating large teams;

  3. Previous experience in a multinational work environment is an advantage;

  4. Knowledge of the French language (minimum level B1) and English (minimum level A2);

  5. Skills in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

  6. The ability to adapt to various cultures and professional environments;

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;

  8. Excellent time management and efficient organizational skills.
