Responsibilities
Full documentation management: preparation, approval and archiving of contracts, certificates of completion and invoices
Office coordination: interaction with the sales and technical departments to synchronize tasks
Standards control: compliance with internal company regulations and assistance in maintaining high quality standards
Office supplies: ordering office supplies, household goods, and maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere
Requirements
