Job description

Responsibilities

Full documentation management: preparation, approval and archiving of contracts, certificates of completion and invoices

Office coordination: interaction with the sales and technical departments to synchronize tasks

Standards control: compliance with internal company regulations and assistance in maintaining high quality standards

Office supplies: ordering office supplies, household goods, and maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere

Requirements

We are looking for a person who:

Loves order: for you, systematization and attention to detail are not just empty words

Confidently uses a PC: quickly learns new programs and services

Possesses literate speech: is able to conduct business correspondence at a high level

Ready to learn: We value your desire for professional growth and provide the necessary training in the specifics of our work.
