Manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.

Support business stakeholders in preparing business cases, defining expected business value, and evaluating project benefits.

Conduct high-level feasibility assessments, identifying technical, operational, financial, and organizational considerations before project initiation.

Perform preliminary analysis of new initiatives, including business needs, solution options, dependencies, effort estimation, and implementation approach.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively define mitigation actions.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions when required.

Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and executive updates.

Support prioritization of initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.

Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders throughout project execution.

Coordinate testing, deployment, and business readiness activities where applicable.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or a related role.

Experience managing technology, digital transformation, or software development projects.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
