• Coordinate the activities of the sales team and store staff, ensuring compliance with service standards • Supervise daily operations, including stock and product inventory management • Implement commercial and promotional strategies established by management • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work rules within the store • Collaborate with the manager in planning and optimizing store performance

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or team coordination • Solid knowledge of inventory management and commercial operations • Communication and leadership skills to motivate and coordinate the team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational problems • Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends
