Organizing work within a team of 7 people (3 welders, 4 fitters):
- Fitting and welding tasks (MIG, TIG, MMA);
- Issuing work orders to subordinates;
- Monitoring the completion of work orders, providing assistance when needed;
- Ensuring adherence to labor discipline requirements;
- Overseeing the use of materials, making material requisitions;
- Reading blueprints (experience with Autocad, Excel - beneficial);
- Going on-site with the team as required (having a driver's license is advantageous).

Ability to work in a team and independently;

Experience with Autocad is a plus;

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
