Responsibilities
Developing and implementing online and offline marketing strategy.
Developing and maintaining visual identity and brand message.
Creating and managing content for social media, website, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
Managing relationships with the press, bloggers, influencers and event partners.
Organization and coordination of brand events and promotional campaigns.
Campaign performance analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Business, etc.) and their optimization.
Monitoring trends in the jewelry and luxury industry to adapt brand strategy.
Collaborating with the sales and design team to ensure consistency between product, brand and customer.
Requirements
Previous experience in digital marketing, branding or PR (minimum 2 years).
Solid knowledge of online promotion: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Languages: Romanian and Russian – fluent; English – minimum B2.
Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop or similar) is an advantage.
Skills in analyzing and reporting campaign results.
