Job description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing online and offline marketing strategy.

  • Developing and maintaining visual identity and brand message.

  • Creating and managing content for social media, website, newsletters and promotional campaigns.

  • Managing relationships with the press, bloggers, influencers and event partners.

  • Organization and coordination of brand events and promotional campaigns.

  • Campaign performance analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Business, etc.) and their optimization.

  • Monitoring trends in the jewelry and luxury industry to adapt brand strategy.

  • Collaborating with the sales and design team to ensure consistency between product, brand and customer.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, branding or PR (minimum 2 years).

  • Solid knowledge of online promotion: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

  • Languages: Romanian and Russian – fluent; English – minimum B2.

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop or similar) is an advantage.

  • Skills in analyzing and reporting campaign results.
