Responsibilities
Creating and coordinating the monthly communication plan in alignment with the mission and vision of the associations;
Auditing Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn pages and identifying the target audience;
Selecting appropriate communication channels and posting frequencies;
Establishing key communication messages, creating text and graphic posts with various objectives (awareness, engagement, education);
Creating texts and graphics for online/offline events;
Community management for online communities;
Designing social media visuals in Canva PRO (Covers, Instastories, Highlights);
Video editing for event content;
Analyzing and reporting social media results;
Writing content for informational brochures/flyers;
Designing informational materials;
Creating presentations for offline events.
Requirements
Advanced studies in Media Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Design & Technology, and at least 2 years of work experience;
Fluency in Romanian and intermediate level English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Advanced communication skills;
Experience in the NGO sector and fashion will be considered an asset.
