Lead Generation: Optimizing content for conversion, effectively using Call-to-Action (CTAs) and analyzing performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Conversions).

Demonstrable experience: Minimum 1-2 years in video content creation (portfolio with previous projects or managed accounts is mandatory).

Deep niche knowledge: Real passion for the automotive field and understanding of the technical specifications of cars.

Diction and Charisma: Excellent communication skills, excellent stage presence in front of the camera, full fluency in Romanian and Russian.
