You will create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram
You will film reels and videos daily together with the sales team
You will turn cars into content that sells (not just looks good)
You will use trends, viral sounds, storytelling and humor
You'll test ideas, formats, and hooks until you find what explodes.
You will respond to comments and build an active community
You will track the numbers and increase the pages constantly

Experience in content / TikTok / SMM (minimum 1 year)
Real portfolio (TikTok / Reels / managed pages)
Creative thinking + marketing mindset (not just "posting")
Energy, initiative and willingness to test new ideas
Comfortable appearing in video
Romanian + Russian fluently
KPIs:
20–30 posts/month
min. 50% video (reels/TikTok)
2–3 stories daily
active page growth
min. 2 videos/month with over 10,000 views
