Higher education in marketing, communication or related fields;

Mandatory experience in marketing/advertising;

Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, etc.);

Good organizational, analytical and communication skills;

Initiative and creative thinking;

Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian (English – an advantage).

Developing and implementing the company's marketing and promotion strategy;

Developing and promoting products on export and import markets;

Organization and management of advertising campaigns (online and offline);

Management of the company's pages on social networks;

Market and competition analysis;

Monitoring campaign results and proposing improvements;

Supporting the sales team in promotion and sales activities;

Increasing the visibility of the Maestro-Nut brand.

Salary from 15,000-20,000 lei

Stable working environment;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09.00-18.00, lunch break - 1 (one) hour;
