Responsibilities
consolidation and evolution of the ROGOB brand positioning, ensuring coherence, relevance and differentiation in the market
integrating the marketing function into commercial growth mechanisms, with a focus on generating value and measurable impact
orchestrating communication and trade marketing initiatives, in a performance-oriented framework
strategic optimization of marketing investments, through a rigorous approach based on data and results
coordinating and guiding Research & Development initiatives, by identifying innovation opportunities, developing new products and optimizing the existing portfolio, in line with consumer trends and the company's strategic directions
ensuring close collaboration between marketing, production and other relevant functions to accelerate the product development and launch cycle
developing the marketing team, through leadership, strategic clarity and performance culture
Active contribution to decision-making processes at the executive level, through relevant perspectives on the market, the consumer and the competition
ensuring a robust performance monitoring framework, through relevant indicators that reflect the impact of marketing on the business
Requirements
a leader who understands the complexity of a mature brand and knows how to take it to the next level
a leader who can transform strategy into coherent execution and measurable impact
has experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG companies
