Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Certification in medical analysis or relevant experience in a clinical laboratory. Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and standard analytical methods. Strict adherence to biosecurity protocols and biological waste management. Communication skills and attention to detail to ensure result accuracy.

Salary of 17,000–19,000 MDL/month. Employment based on an official contract with social benefits.
