Job description

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and verification of documents for transactions (contracts, exclusivities);

  • Complete documentation and correct archiving;

  • Interaction with the bank (statements, payments, checks);

  • Collaboration with accounting and verification of financial operations;

  • Keeping records in tables (transactions, income, expenses, profit);

  • Office administration (suppliers, stationery, utilities);

  • Direct support for the Director (reports, documents, organization);

  • Travel for signing/picking up documents (if needed).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office management / administration / primary accounting;

  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel ;

  • Basic understanding of accounting – major advantage;

  • Languages: Romanian + Russian (mandatory);

  • Organized, attentive to details, responsible person;

  • Ability to work with large volumes of information.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:45–18:00;
