Responsibilities
Preparation and verification of documents for transactions (contracts, exclusivities);
Complete documentation and correct archiving;
Interaction with the bank (statements, payments, checks);
Collaboration with accounting and verification of financial operations;
Keeping records in tables (transactions, income, expenses, profit);
Office administration (suppliers, stationery, utilities);
Direct support for the Director (reports, documents, organization);
Travel for signing/picking up documents (if needed).
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office management / administration / primary accounting;
Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel ;
Basic understanding of accounting – major advantage;
Languages: Romanian + Russian (mandatory);
Organized, attentive to details, responsible person;
Ability to work with large volumes of information.
Company offers
Fixed salary: € 700 - €800
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:45–18:00;
