We are looking for a motivated real estate agent to join our team and contribute to the development of our client and property portfolio. The role involves real estate sales and rentals, direct interaction with clients and identifying the best solutions for their needs.
Receiving and managing real estate offers
Identifying and contacting potential customers
Promoting properties through online and offline channels
Organizing and conducting viewings
Providing advice to clients throughout the transaction
Negotiating sale/lease terms
Tracking the completion of transactions until the signing of contracts
Maintaining customer relationships and developing the portfolio
Good communication and customer relations skills

Seriousness, responsibility and involvement
Ability to work both individually and in a team

Basic knowledge of using a computer and the internet
Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory
