Responsibilities

  • Receiving and managing real estate offers

  • Identifying and contacting potential customers

  • Promoting properties through online and offline channels

  • Organizing and conducting viewings

  • Providing advice to clients throughout the transaction

  • Negotiating sale/lease terms

  • Tracking the completion of transactions until the signing of contracts

  • Maintaining customer relationships and developing the portfolio

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer relations skills

  • Proactive attitude and desire to achieve results

  • Seriousness, responsibility and involvement

  • Ability to work both individually and in a team

  • Organization and effective time management

  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development

  • Basic knowledge of using a computer and the internet

  • Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory
