Responsibilities
Managing the Director's daily agenda, including scheduling meetings and coordinating business and personal travel
Organizing and preparing the necessary materials for meetings and presentations
Managing electronic correspondence and important documents
Registration and servicing of visitors, customers, guests, partners
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Collaborating with internal and external teams to facilitate decision-making processes
Providing general administrative support to the Director
Requirements
Previous experience in similar personal or administrative assistant roles
Organizational and time management skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced PC operating skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian languages
