Job description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Director's daily agenda, including scheduling meetings and coordinating business and personal travel

  • Organizing and preparing the necessary materials for meetings and presentations

  • Managing electronic correspondence and important documents

  • Registration and servicing of visitors, customers, guests, partners

  • Attending meetings and taking minutes

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to facilitate decision-making processes

  • Providing general administrative support to the Director

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar personal or administrative assistant roles

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Advanced PC operating skills, including Microsoft Office suite

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Knowledge of Romanian, Russian languages
