Responsibilities

  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage;

  • PC operating skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook);

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • Very good organizational and communication skills;

  • Attention to detail, responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Professional attitude and service orientation.

Requirements

  • Coordination of the daily administrative activities of the office;

  • Managing correspondence and documents;

  • Keeping records of consumables and placing orders with suppliers;

  • Administrative support for teams and management;

  • Welcoming visitors and handling phone calls;

  • Monitoring the proper functioning of the office.
