Responsibilities
The position of Office Manager within the company entails three core activities:
a. Host & communication - orchestrating effective communication with employees, partners, and clients; greeting visitors in the show-room, organizing business meetings to establish new partnerships; receiving, processing, and distributing information (phone calls, letters, faxes, etc.);
b. Sales records - maintaining inventory and sales records, completing specific reports, an activity that does not necessarily require accounting qualifications;
market research, data processing of obtained data.
c. Company image promotion – showcasing the company's professional activities on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn).
Requirements
The candidate we are looking for shall:
- be eager to absorb new technical knowledge;
- have proficiency in English (communication) or be willing to work on improving their English communication skills;
- be organized, responsible, and communicative.
