Responsibilities

- Identification and management of property portfolio;

- Advising clients in the process of buying, selling, or renting properties;

- Conducting property viewings and presentations;

- Preparing necessary documentation for real estate transactions;

- Building a database of active clients.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-oriented approach

- Willingness to learn and continuous professional development

- Initiative and the ability to work independently

- Negotiation and persuasion skills

- Good organizational skills and time management

- Basic computer, smartphone, and online applications proficiency (email, WhatsApp, social networks, real estate platforms)

- Neat and professional appearance

- Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility

- Driving license category B (optional, but an advantage)

- Availability for field work (property viewings, meetings with clients)
