We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and eager to learn person for the role of Data Entry Operator in our team in Chisinau.
No previous experience is required – you just need organizational skills, a desire for professional development and knowledge of French (level B1). You will work in a dynamic environment, with international exposure and constant support from the team.
Main responsibilities:
File processing: You will open and update the related files, ensuring the accuracy of the descriptions and compliance with the required format (including the number of characters and codes specific to each product).
Updating information: You will be responsible for checking and correcting data in the system, contributing to maintaining an accurate and complete database, as well as recording orders from supplier platforms, using Excel.
Collaboration with the Marketing team: You will communicate directly with the team in France to clarify and complete product information, adapting descriptions according to their requirements.
Searched profile:
Attention to detail: You are attentive to information, can quickly identify inconsistencies, and take care of data accuracy.
Basic technical knowledge: You work in Excel (intermediate level).
Communication skills: You can collaborate effectively with internal teams and have a minimum French language level of B1.
Proactive attitude: You adapt easily, look for solutions and react quickly to new requirements.
