Job description

Responsibilities

  • procurement planning

  • inventory control of the necessary quantity of raw materials, materials, goods in warehouses

  • working with documentation

  • entering the initial parameters of inventory items into the accounting system

  • quality control, delivery times, and conditions of products

  • control of goods shipment and delivery

  • participation in optimizing warehouse operations, enterprise logistics schemes

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Personal Qualities:

  • responsibility, communicability

  • stress resistance, diplomacy

  • analytical mindset

  • ability to multi-task

  • experience working with large volumes of information, proficient in Excel,

  • ability to make decisions quickly,

  • language skills: Russian, Romanian, English at a basic level

  • knowledge of customs legislation will be an advantage
