Job description

Our company is looking for an organized, analytical and results-oriented colleague for the position of Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist - Medical Devices.

Responsibility

  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers;

  • Signing and managing contracts with new partners;

  • Ensuring the implementation of contractual conditions agreed with suppliers;

  • Monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels;

  • Order management and delivery tracking;

  • Coordination of the goods transportation process;

  • Recording and checking documentation related to deliveries;

  • Monitoring the import process and local procurement;

  • Requesting, analyzing and comparing commercial offers;

  • Negotiating commercial terms and optimizing acquisition costs;

  • Market analysis and competition monitoring;

  • Identification of commercial opportunities and new suppliers;

  • Managing complaints and non-conformities related to delivered products;

  • Preparation of internal reports and analysis of performance indicators.

Obligations

  • Studies in pharmacy or biochemistry are an advantage;

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage;

  • Good negotiation and communication skills;

  • Analytical and organizational skills;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • Good PC operating skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.);

  • Responsibility, attention to detail and result orientation.
