Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers;
Signing and managing contracts with new partners;
Ensuring the implementation of contractual conditions agreed with suppliers;
Monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels;
Order management and delivery tracking;
Coordination of the goods transportation process;
Recording and checking documentation related to deliveries;
Monitoring the import process and local procurement;
Requesting, analyzing and comparing commercial offers;
Negotiating commercial terms and optimizing acquisition costs;
Market analysis and competition monitoring;
Identification of commercial opportunities and new suppliers;
Managing complaints and non-conformities related to delivered products;
Preparation of internal reports and analysis of performance indicators.
Studies in pharmacy or biochemistry are an advantage;
Experience in a similar role is an advantage;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
Analytical and organizational skills;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian;
Good PC operating skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Responsibility, attention to detail and result orientation.
