Responsibilities
Preparing reports by product categories;
Preparation of documents related to the managed category;
Document flow management;
Collecting and structuring information about suppliers;
Monitoring of documentation received from suppliers;
Entering data into the internal information system.
Requirements
Higher education;
Knowledge about the specifics of the food retail market;
Advanced PC skills (Excel, MS Office);
Knowledge of Universal Accounting software is an advantage;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian ; English – an advantage;
Developing both soft skills and hard skills.
