Job description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports by product categories;

  • Preparation of documents related to the managed category;

  • Document flow management;

  • Collecting and structuring information about suppliers;

  • Monitoring of documentation received from suppliers;

  • Entering data into the internal information system.

Requirements

  • Higher education;

  • Knowledge about the specifics of the food retail market;

  • Advanced PC skills (Excel, MS Office);

  • Knowledge of Universal Accounting software is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian ; English – an advantage;

  • Developing both soft skills and hard skills.
