Responsibilities
Coordination of purchases for: meat, cold cuts, dairy and bakery.
Negotiating and selecting suppliers for the best commercial conditions.
Market analysis and identification of trends to optimize assortment and prices.
Monitoring product performance and periodically adjusting the assortment.
Management of pricing policy, promotions and commercial actions.
Collaborating with logistics, quality, marketing and stores for correct implementation.
Monitoring key indicators: stock turnover, availability, losses and profitability.
Coordination and professional development of the Fresh department team.
Requirements
Relevant experience in purchasing or sales, preferably in the Fresh segment.
Strong negotiation, analysis and planning skills.
Knowledge of the fresh produce market and supply chain.
Ability to coordinate the team and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage.
Result orientation, attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/retail systems.
