Responsibilities
Market research and analysis of customer needs;
Database management and contracts with internal and external suppliers;
Planning the promotional calendar and monitoring its implementation;
Development of the Fresh and Ultra-Fresh product portfolio;
Negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers and monitoring their performance;
Preparing and presenting reports to department management;
Achieving established commercial objectives and optimizing supply processes.
Requirements
Higher education in economics , commerce , business or administration ;
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (ideally in retail, FMCG or commercial networks);
Solid negotiation, analysis and planning skills;
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package;
Knowledge of UNA and/or GOLD systems – advantage;
Knowledge of languages: Romanian and Russian (English – advantage);
Category B driving license; availability for business trips;
Interpersonal skills: communication skills, professional ethics, stress tolerance and result orientation.
