Job description

Responsibilities

  • Market research and analysis of customer needs;

  • Database management and contracts with internal and external suppliers;

  • Planning the promotional calendar and monitoring its implementation;

  • Development of the Fresh and Ultra-Fresh product portfolio;

  • Negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers and monitoring their performance;

  • Preparing and presenting reports to department management;

  • Achieving established commercial objectives and optimizing supply processes.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics , commerce , business or administration ;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (ideally in retail, FMCG or commercial networks);

  • Solid negotiation, analysis and planning skills;

  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package;

  • Knowledge of UNA and/or GOLD systems – advantage;

  • Knowledge of languages: Romanian and Russian (English – advantage);

  • Category B driving license; availability for business trips;

  • Interpersonal skills: communication skills, professional ethics, stress tolerance and result orientation.
