Responsibilities
Developing and implementing category strategies to increase sales and profit;
Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities;
Coordinating marketing activities and promotion to support the products in the managed category;
Overseeing product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
Higher education;
Relevant experience in procurement or category management (preferably in retail);
PC user: knowledge of Excel, MS Office;
Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
The ability to make strategic decisions based on relevant data and analysis.
