Job description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing category strategies to increase sales and profit;

  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities;

  • Coordinating marketing activities and promotion to support the products in the managed category;

  • Overseeing product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Higher education;

  • Relevant experience in procurement or category management (preferably in retail);

  • PC user: knowledge of Excel, MS Office;

  • Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • The ability to make strategic decisions based on relevant data and analysis.
