• Formation and development of new product categories, including the introduction of new products to the selection.

• Planning and managing the product assortment matrix.

• Sales analysis of current product assortment for optimization purposes.

• Searching for new suppliers, conducting negotiations.

• Optimizing logistic chains to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Inventory management: monitoring product residuals, planning purchases, minimizing costs.

• Competitor analysis and developing strategies to improve the competitiveness of the product range.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with similar responsibilities is mandatory;

• Higher education;

• Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages;

• Experience with analytics tools;

• Essential: MS Excel - advanced user (pivot tables, formulas);

• Knowledge of business process analysis and optimization methodologies, project management, planning.
