Identifying the company's procurement needs and developing a procurement plan;

Researching and selecting potential suppliers for the required products and services;

Negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring the best price and quality conditions;

Monitoring deliveries and the quality of purchased products and services;

Managing supplier relationships and ensuring effective communication between the company and its suppliers;

Ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in the procurement process;

Managing the budget allocated for procurement and reporting on the results achieved;

Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the process;

Identifying and assessing risks associated with procurement and developing risk management plans;

Continuously improving procurement skills and developing relationships with suppliers and other companies in the industry.

Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (preferably in apparel, footwear, accessories);

Knowledge of fashion trends, brands;

Experience in the fashion industry is welcome;

Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English languages;

Advanced computer skills (Excel);

Stock and sales analysis abilities;

Negotiation skills with suppliers;
