Managing the procurement process for assigned product categories, from planning to receiving orders

Identifying, evaluating and developing relationships with suppliers

Negotiation of commercial conditions, prices and delivery times

Analysis of suppliers' offers and identification of the most advantageous purchasing conditions

Placing and monitoring orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions

Participation in the development and optimization of the product portfolio

Monitoring stock levels and ensuring the availability of necessary products

Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure an efficient and continuous supply process

Monitoring market conditions and identifying opportunities to optimize procurement

Higher education

Procurement experience is an advantage

Good knowledge of using MS Office and 1C

Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English (level B2)

Very good negotiation and communication skills in relations with suppliers

Analytical thinking and results orientation

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
