• Monitor the operation of the production line and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical parameters
• Prepare and feed machines with raw materials (dough, fillings, ingredients) according to quality standards
• Perform visual inspection of finished products and eliminate defective items
• Record production data and complete the necessary technical documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, respecting hygiene and safety regulations

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating food production lines or similar industry
• Valid health card (mandatory for working in the food industry)
• Basic skills in reading and understanding technical instructions
• Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Availability for shift work (including morning, afternoon, night)

• Salary of 10,000–14,000 MDL/month
