• Prepare and process raw materials (meat, ingredients) according to quality and hygiene standards
• Shape and fill semi-finished products (pelimenti, koltunashi, khinkali) using specific equipment
• Ensure compliance with recipes and portions established for each product
• Check the quality of finished products and eliminate non-conforming ones
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace and in the production area • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all stages of the process

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in semi-finished product production or meat processing
• Basic knowledge in handling and preserving frozen products
• Valid health card
• Ability to work in cold environment (freezer room)
• Responsibility and attention to detail in complying with quality standards

• Salary of 12,000–16,000 MDL/month
