Job description

Responsibilities

  • Higher or secondary specialized education in the field of food technology;

  • MANDATORY experience as a technologist in the food industry;

  • Knowledge of the technology of preparing pastry, culinary and meat products;

  • Knowledge of HACCP systems and food safety legislation;

  • Organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;

  • Responsibility, attention to detail and quality orientation;

  • Communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • Organization and monitoring of technological processes in the pastry, culinary and meat departments;

  • Developing and updating technological sheets, recipes and consumption norms for manufactured products;

  • Ensuring compliance with preparation technologies, recipes and quality standards;

  • Monitoring compliance with sanitary-veterinary, hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP);

  • Control of the efficient use of raw materials and reduction of technological losses;

  • Participation in the development and implementation of new products and the improvement of existing ones;

  • Training and providing technical support to production personnel regarding compliance with technological processes;

  • Collaborating with department heads to plan and streamline production activities;

  • Analyzing non-conformities and proposing measures to improve processes.
